Delete in the App
You can delete your Navitra account directly from the app. This starts the account deletion flow for account-linked data handled by Navitra.
- Open Navitra.
- Go to Profile.
- Open the account menu and choose Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion phrase shown in the app.
What Is Deleted
The in-app deletion flow removes account-linked user data handled by Navitra, including profile records and user-owned app records covered by the deletion function.
- Account-linked profile data.
- User-owned trip and app records handled by the deletion flow.
- Account-linked saved content where deletion is supported by Navitra systems.
Processing Time
In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Some operational logs, fraud-prevention records, or records required by law may be retained only where necessary and permitted.
Cannot access the app?
Email privacy@navitraapp.com from the email address used for your Navitra account. Include Account deletion request in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before deletion.
