Creating a trip is easy! From the home screen, tap on a destination or search for a city. Then select how many days you'll be traveling, pick places you want to visit by swiping right, and Navitra's AI will create an optimized itinerary for you.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. On iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Navitra → Cancel. On Android: Go to Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Navitra → Cancel.

To delete your account: Go to Profile → tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top right → select "Delete Account" → confirm. This will permanently delete all your data including trips, preferences, and personal information. This action cannot be undone.

Premium users can download maps and routes for offline use. Go to your trip, tap the download icon, and select what you want to save. Your itinerary and basic navigation will work without internet. Note that real-time features like traffic updates require an internet connection.

We use Google Places data which is generally reliable, but opening hours can change due to holidays, special events, or other circumstances. We recommend verifying hours for must-visit places directly with the venue, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

AI Remix is a feature that suggests alternative places when you're at a location. If a place is closed, too crowded, or you just want something different, tap the Remix button and Navitra's AI will suggest nearby alternatives based on your preferences and remaining time.

Location access enables: real-time navigation between places, nearby place recommendations, accurate travel time estimates, and the AI Remix feature. You can use Navitra without location access, but these features won't work. Your location is processed on your device and not stored on our servers.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by Navitra. On iOS: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. On Android: Go to Play Store → Account → Order history → find the purchase → Request refund. Both platforms typically process refund requests within 48 hours.
