1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Navitra ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Navitra is an AI-powered travel planning application that helps users:
- Discover travel destinations
- Create optimized travel itineraries
- Navigate between points of interest
- Plan multi-day trips with intelligent route optimization
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Navitra. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using:
- Email and password
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
- Guest access (limited features)
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free Features
Basic features are available for free, subject to usage limits.
5.2 Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: Auto-renews weekly
- Monthly Plan: Auto-renews monthly
- Yearly Plan: Auto-renews annually
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage subscriptions in your device's account settings
5.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 You Agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload malicious content or code
- Resell or redistribute the App without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Navitra and protected by intellectual property laws. The Navitra name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks.
7.2 Your Rights
You retain ownership of content you create (trip data, notes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content to provide our services.
8. Disclaimers
Travel Information
Navitra provides travel planning assistance. However:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of place information, opening hours, or prices
- Travel conditions may change without notice
- Always verify critical information before traveling
- Routes and recommendations are AI-generated and may not be perfect
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVITRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from reliance on the App's information
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navitra, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us to attempt informal resolution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
